Holly oversees all day-to-day operations, as well as managing the finances of the company. She is an entrepreneur at heart, helping build start-ups for over 25 years. Holly has a strong commitment to evolving the workplace to be more diverse and inclusive, providing opportunities for candidates who are highly skilled but may not fit the “norm” in their given field. Holly is also involved with several organizations who provide counseling, mentoring, education, therapy and support for adolescent girls. It’s important to Holly that she give back to her community, therefore, a portion of revenue goes to support those charitable organizations.

Dan is a natural born leader with extensive experience supervising specialized, high-profile and high-risk units during his 24-year law enforcement career. Perhaps most notably, Dan helped found, then led, the FBI Rocky Mountain Innocence Lost Task Force where he established the culture of the unit, one fostering an atmosphere of collaboration, diligence, integrity, inclusion and respect. As a trained crisis negotiator and critical incident manager, Dan’s cool temperament and superb communication style aids in propelling the team forward through the peaks and valleys of the staffing industry.
