Age-Inclusive Management Strategies in Colorado

Centennial, CO – Director Tom Harder and Strategic Partnerships Lead Rachelle Salem participated in a University of Iowa College of Public Health and nonprofit Transamerica Institute webinar on "Age-Inclusive Management Strategies in Colorado."

The free webinar featured national and Colorado-based speakers who shared their insights into creating a multigenerational workforce. Tom led the “Age-Friendly Employer Best Practices” session and Rachelle partnered with the Denver Metro Chamber to discuss the AIMS (age-inclusive management strategies) Colorado Website.
