GavinHeath Unveils "Future Women Leaders Program"
/Centennial, CO – GavinHeath announced the addition of their very first Intern, Grace Hatch, as part of the company's "Future Women Leaders Program!"
Crafted by CEO Holly Steele and the brainchild of Strategic Partnerships Lead Rachelle Salem, the program is designed to aid High School students in learning the ins-and-outs of the IT Staffing Sector, while building valuable life skills in interviewing, networking, resume construction and review, public speaking, communication and talent acquisition techniques.
Grace is a junior in High School who earns High Honors and is taking Advanced Placement classes. Grace participates in "Women's Forum" which is dedicated to advancing gender equality in her community. Her academic interests include history, literature, as well as social and political change.
Grace is an avid reader and artist, enjoys international travel and hopes to attend college in Europe. In her internship with GavinHeath, Grace is eager to learn about all aspects of IT recruitment, talent acquisition, networking and sales.
