Team GavinHeath Celebrates at DBJ’s C-Suite Awards!

Denver, CO – CEO Holly Steele, Rachelle Salem and Anastasia Young joined winner Dan Steele for the Denver Business Journal’s C-Suite Awards. 

In all, 33 executives were selected for the 2021 program, which recognizes outstanding C-suite leaders who directly support the vision of the top executive at their respective organizations.  Nominees were scored based on the impact at their organizations, within their industries and in the greater community.

The theme for the 2021 award was “transformation.”  Dan and fellow award winners highlighted their individual and company transformation through the pandemic.  To this end, Dan discussed change, stating, “Change should be expected and not feared.  Change can be a valuable tool to disrupt the organization and ultimately improve processes and outcomes.  The key is working to anticipate and prepare for change and then having the ability to take decisive action to adapt and pivot where necessitated.”
